I'm lucky enough to have acquired a home lab I'm proud to boast about. Among other equipment, the heart and soul of this lab is an AMD EPYC 7742 64-Core CPU running vSphere 8. The chassis contains a 4x10Gb Ethernet NIC that connects to the core of the network, a C3850-24XU.
An interesting project I did was setting up MFA with the Microsoft Authentication app for Cisco IOSXE. The customer went from using local credentials to SSO with MFA. We stood up a RADIUS server in a standard configuration, and utilized the Azure NPS Extension to integrate the NPS service with Azure MFA.
More and more customers of mine are wanting to expand into a hybrid environment, both Azure and AWS. I've been able to configure different Site-to-Site VPN connections to the cloud across different customer gateways. Uses range from simple single VPC setups such as a cloud based AD server, to full PCI environments across multiple VPCs.
